
Public Food and Medicine Walks (April- September 2025)

Join me for free monthly plant walks happening in Bend parks this Spring and Summer! We will introduce ourselves to the many food and medicine plants growing right in town, sharing about their identifying characteristics, nutritive qualities, folkloric histories, and some medicinal ideas for bringing them into our lives. Learning will be as much through the senses as will be through fun facts.
April 22nd: Blakely Park, 5pm

Pine Needle Basket Weaving Classes (Sept-Nov 2025)
~ A way to weave ourselves into our Place ~

Learn the coiling method for weaving with wild plants. In this afternoon workshop we will share the whole process of weaving with Ponderosa Pine needles, from gathering and preparing the materials to finishing a wee basket from start to finish!
All materials provided to use during class and take home.
$65 per person. Ages 13+
Location will be sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the class via email.

Pop Up Classes!
Come along for spontaneous wildcrafting classes and foraging field trips in the Central Oregon area. The intention is to nurture community-building while preserving our memory of the seasons with handmade folk medicines, foraged foods, woven fiber crafts, and botanical illustrations, bringing us closer together with our plant kin.
These classes are donation based and casual~ more of planty hang outs with a little education and experimentation sprinkled in!
